Hi, I’m Amanda,
I’m the founder of The Mumma Hub, a pre and post-natal yoga teacher, and your dedicated guide and support throughout your motherhood journey.

As a mum of two girls, Evie and Sienna, I understand how important it is to have a supportive community that helps you thrive during pregnancy and into motherhood. This understanding has shaped everything I do at The Mumma Hub.

After the birth of my first daughter, Evie, we moved to Prague when she was just five months old. It was there I realised how essential my community was to me and my motherhood journey.  Oh I missed having my support network, so I created an expat mums’ group to help connect with other mothers away from their families too. This experience deepened my passion for bringing mums together and supporting them through conversation, coffee and laughing  or crying our way through this wild journey in a country away from home.

With 10 years of yoga teaching experience, I felt a strong calling to work specifically with women during pregnancy and motherhood. So after returning from overseas, I added my prenatal and mums & bubs yoga training to my qualifications. I was even 7 months pregnant with Sienna when I completed my training so I was really living and breathing prenatal yoga.

Incorporating my personal experience with yoga and motherhood, I’m here to offer you more than just classes—I’m here to guide, support, and empower you every step of the way. Whether it’s through yoga, walking and talking, or Mumma Circles or just a cuppa, my goal is to create a space where you can feel heard, supported, and connected to a community of like-minded women.
