Pregnancy is a transitional time for women when many physical & emotional changes take place. Prenatal yoga a perfect place to honour these changes, not only in your body, but also your mind.
We will move through postures to help strengthen the pelvic floor muscles, keep the body flexible and alleviate many of the common discomforts experienced during pregnancy. All while finding focus through breath, prepare you for a healthy, mindful approach to birth in a supportive caring environment.
No previous experience necessary. Suitable from second trimester.
