This nurturing experience will enable you to fill up your well of self-care, completely surrender and trust in your innate wisdom as you prepare for birth and beyond.
Enjoy an entire day to yourself and your growing baby with a Prenatal Yoga class, Ayurvedic postpartum lunch and Ayurvedic postpartum workshop, women’s circle, movement, afternoon tea and a blissful yoga nidra to finish the day.

Nourish
Allow Kellie to nourish you with delicious Ayurvedic postpartum lunch. You will also walk away with the knowledge on how to nourish your postpartum body once your baby arrives.
The qualities that you need from your food as you recover from childbirth are sweetness, warmth, oiliness, simplicity and moisture. Fragrant spices aid in fuelling your digestive fire and contain potent healing properties. They support your mind, body and soul to heal.

The Mumma Hub Prenatal Retreat is special time for you as the mumma-to-be to create space and prepare in a mindful way for baby’s arrival. It is a time where you can really relax, observe, connect and nourish yourself with specific prenatal yoga, breathing, meditation and other forms of movement for you and your baby.

Amanda Jezek
Owner of The Mumma Hub
Amanda is the owner and operator of The Mumma Hub where she teaches prenatal yoga, mums & bubs yoga, facilitates community workshops, hosts baby massage and baby first aid and is excited to bring prenatal retreats to her community.
Amanda has been teaching yoga since 2014 and really founds her calling with prenatal yoga at the time fo her own pregnancies. Now a Mumma to Evie 7yrs and Sienna 4yrs old.
Amanda likes to weave her yoga teaching with her own birth/motherhood experiences, her love fo connecting Mumma’s with each other so everyone feels safe, supported, seen, heard and valued during this transformational time.

Shelby Trevillian
Shelby Trevillian is facilitating The Mumma Hub Retreat with Amanda with the women’s circle, movement and yoga nidra.
Shelby is a mother to two daughters (and a Kelpie), wife, yoga teacher, board sports enthusiast, nature lover. She moved to Australia from USA in 2012 as a snowboard instructor and become a student of yoga shortly after moving to Canberra. Over the past 10 years her yogic path and studies have always been in relation to the way her life evolves.
“My life has expanded so much with my motherhood journey. One thing that it’s highlighted is how imperative it is for mothers to be mothered themselves. The world would be so much healthier if we focused on supporting mothers. Mamas, by looking after ourselves, we are looking after our family. Kellie Hermes
Kellie is a birth and postpartum doula with 10 years of experience. As part of her doula services she offers ayurvedic postpartum meals in partnership with 'As Nature Intended' organic cafe in Fyshwick. She is passionate about offering holistic care and education to women and families throughout the perinatal period. Her services also include doTERRA essential oil education, mother blessing facilitation, reiki and henna body art.
